Hello! I hope this post finds you doing exceptionally well 💕Â
Here are some cute dresses I picked up from H&M that I really love and have been meaning to share with you. I wasn’t sure about the black midi at first, but the high comfort factor and classy goth lady vibes eventually won me over lol.Â
I have worn it out without a belt, but it’s much more curve flattering with something to cinch the waist. I usually stay far, far away from drop waists, but this one was just high enough to still work. A major bonus is the awesome included slip. I’ve already worn it with a few other dresses – honestly I’d have bought this baby just for the slip!Â
Because I lagged on posting it this exact dress is sold out, but this version is very similar and I think it’s just kind of helpful to know that some of those weird oversized and shapeless dresses they sell at H&M can actually sometimes look good on non-models. Just make sure to size down!
It didn’t come with a belt so I used an elastic belt that I bought from some little boutique a long time ago, but this dress could be styled with many types of belts. I like this one, this one, and this one.Â

This dress is in my top 10 of dresses at this point! The hubs is not a fan – especially without a belt – but that’s not a huge surprise and I don’t really care (sorry babe). I just feel so girly and happy in this lovely detailed dress that everything else fades from view 😉
I like it belted and unbelted. The sheer fabric helps keeps it from entering frumpy town and, yet again, the skip rocks! The lower cut really helps it flatter a larger bust and keep it a little sexy.Â

I’ll be back soon with more.
